Due to the intimate nature of wearing a wrist watch, we ask that upon receipt you inspect the watch thoroughly to make sure you are happy with your purchase. Should the purchase not meet your requirements, or you are unhappy with the product please make us aware within 48 hours of receiving the watch. We ask that you do not wear the watch until you are happy to keep it; this is purely for hygiene reasons.
If you choose to return the watch, you then have 30 days from receipt to return the watch for a full refund. The watch must be in the original packaging, and the condition of the item(s) must be unchanged. Should an item be returned outside of the 14 days we reserve the right to offer an exchange in place of a refund. You must ensure that any item(s) returned have the appropriate insurance.
Items that have been worn, adjusted or personalised will only be eligible for a refund if the item is faulty. Should an item be damaged in transit, is not the item ordered or is not working we will provide you with a full refund including the postage cost to return the package to us. This will be following receipt of the watch.
